Kristin enjoys working hands-on with individuals and small groups to reinforce mind-body connection with regard to food consumption and preparation. Through a personal yoga and meditation practice, she is devoted to applying mindfulness to all aspects of her life. In the kitchen, her favorite place to practice these skills, the focus is on beautiful raw ingredients and their delicate conversion into a nourishing meal. If love is put into a meal, it shall be digested as well. Kristin has co-taught a "Joy of Mindful Cooking and Eating" series at 18 Reasons and hopes to offer those same practices in a private setting.
