If you live in the North Carolina Triangle, this invitation is for y'all!
You're invited to join us for an extra special post-Thanksgiving event that I've been brewing up with a dear friend who also happens to be my hairdresser and sound healer / energy worker (and indeed, she integrates these modalities into her sustainable hair and body practice!).
Amy-Jae shares her gifts each month in Hillsborough to honor the New Moon and for this expansive, truth-seeking Sagittarius dark moon on Sunday, December 1, I'll be facilitating an hour-long cacao ceremony to ground us even further into the mystical sound bath.
Together, we'll sit in circle, tune into our senses while we sip Embue cacao, move through some gentle heart opening practices and engage in other mindful activities to connect more fully with the subtle medicine of cacao. It'll be nourishing, relaxing and introvert / HSP friendly.
Cacao is a wonderful way to enhance energy and sound healing by inducing a more receptive state for high-vibration frequencies to infuse our body's many water cells (hence the term "sound bath"). Amy-Jae is known for her calm, dreamy journeys using chakra-attuned singing bowls and elemental koshi chimes.
I would love it if you join us this weekend, especially after a family-focused holiday and plenty of division in the air. With all the triggers and harsher energies that seem to pop up around this time, you'll be gifting yourself a glorious few hours of tending to the body, emotions and spirit.
Attendance is limited to 15 in order to create an intimate container for the group. Details and sign-up info below. Don't forget your favorite mug!
With love and nourishment,
Kristin
